Another release was Peanut šŸ’•šŸ¦”

Peanut came to us after she was spotted by Alison out in the day moving sluggishly.

Thank goodness Alison scooped her up as just after getting to the rescue it became clear that Peanut had half a peanut stuck in her mouth hence her name!

Poor Peanut couldnā€™t eat properly and it would have been causing her discomfort.

Peanut was also suffering from Lungworm and Roundworm.

She also had some Ringworm around her skirt which required treatment.

Thank you again to Moira for helping with Peanuts Ringworm treatment šŸ’•

Thank you to Sam & Jamie for providing a release garden for Peanut where she is free to come and go but food and shelter is available to her should she choose to stay ā¤ļø

Enjoy your freedom Peanut šŸ’•

**Please donā€™t put out whole or half peanuts for the birds as it is so dangerous to hedgehogs. If Peanut hadnā€™t of been spotted she would have starved to death through not being able to eat.

Always sweep up any seed at the end of the day as this is also bad for hedgehogs. Thank you šŸ™šŸ»
